To insure you stay calm and centered during moments of stress, we have provided a series of yoga tips and practices provided by James Ford, trained yoga professional who specializes in ancient  restorative styles and Himalayan tradition. Ford has been practicing yoga for six years and completed his 200 hr RYT yoga teacher training at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA.

Ford currently holds classes at centers and facilities throughout the Metro area, including One Yoga and Johnson Street Yoga.
